My aim is simple; I intend to destroy an image through the means of creation and take power away the image which I choose to use. The original image will not be of my own creation as this goes against the principle of my project. Cut, paste, add, destroy and change are the ways in which I will be creating something new

In adapting the image I will be only using three colours black, white and red but I some cases I will use a colour in the image that is already there as I will only be adding my base colours and no other. It is my hope that the artwork will be changed to the point that the original image is hardly recognisable.

Taking inspiration from movements like Pop Art I will be using images well know or images well known to Google, at least. My work will take power away from the artist because most people will be able to recreate the images that I construct, true I am the one who created the new image but that does not mean others cannot.

The principle is simple, the execution looks cure but is complex and that’s how it should be
